Wonderstruck (Todd Haynes) (Blu-ray)

Todd Haynes directs this US drama adapted from Brian Selznick's novel. The film follows two stories set 50 years apart as two children set out on a journey of discovery. In 1927, 12-year-old deaf girl Rose Millicent Simmonds dreams of leaving her sheltered life in New Jersey and heads to New York to try and find her estranged mother. Meanwhile, in 1977, ten-year-old Ben Oakes Fegley sets off from rural Minnesota following the death of his mother as he attempts to track down his absent father in New York. The cast also includes Julianne Moore and Michelle Williams.
