Bela Lugosi and John Carradine star in this American horror. After the death of his wife, Dr Richard Marlowe Lugosi attempts to revive her by abducting young women with the aid of hypnosis and voodoo rituals to have them become docile. Once compliant with his commands, Dr Marlowe intends to transfer their living energy and reanimate the corpse of his late wife in a horrific experiment.
