College student Karen Kohiruimaki voice of Tomori Kusunoki is self-conscious about her height as she is taller than most of her peers, and lacks confidence in social situations. As a way of correcting her own personal insecurities she participates in online gaming and creates an avatar who is diminutive in height. Her determination to succeed in this virtual reality leads to her forming a fierce reputation as a firearms expert and she must choose her allies and rivals with care.
