Legend of Halloween Jack (Andrew Jones) (DVD)

British horror in which a serial killer returns to exact his bloody revenge upon the town that put him to death, despite being an innocent man. As Halloween night draws in, the terrifying scarecrow-resembling creature comes back to life and terrorises a small community when he begins his vengeful murder spree. It is up to the locals to arm themselves and bring down the ruthless killer before it's too late.
