While visiting a Greek island, treasure hunter Frye Jones mistakenly awakens a monster with a thirst for human virgins. Teaming up with young couple Neil and Sherry Martin Kove and Mary-Louise Weller who are on the island to search for Neil's sister, the trio must sacrifice a virgin to satisfy the monster's hunger.
