While living an impoverished life in Moscow, Anna Poliatova Luss is scouted by KGB recruiter Alex Tchenkov Luke Evans and trained as an assassin. Working undercover as a model in Paris, under the watchful eye of her handler Olga Helen Mirren, Anna is approached by the CIA to become a double agent and kill the head of the KGB, Vassiliev Eric Godon, in exchange for her freedom.
